What is redemptive ethnic unity and why does it matter? Since 2015 I’ve defined redemptive ethnic unity as the tangible, observable unity God has called His people in Christ to experience and enjoy across ethnic & socio-economic lines within the local church as a direct result of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Redemptive ethnic unity matters since it’s consistent with the Church’s overall call to unity (see John 17). However, that doesn’t mean that every church must pursue this aspect of Christ’s ministry in the exact same way. Redemptive Ethnic Unity Consulting exists to walk with churches that seek to incorporate aspects of redemptive ethnic unity into their overall ministry.
