Who We Are
Many churches, ministries and Christian schools want to pursue some form of “racial reconciliation” but struggle to find where to start, wise paths to take, how to avoid pitfalls, and working through conflict.
Drawing on his nearly 30 years of experience, ordained Presbyterian minister, Rev. Lance Lewis, offers a coaching service to churches, schools, ministries, and non-profits to walk them through a biblically grounded process of redemptive ethnic unity that’s consistent with the gospel, honors Christ, and cultivates our witness.
Rev. Lewis began his call to the ministry of racial reconciliation in 1995 when he took a full-time internship at New City Fellowship of Fredericksburg. Since then he’s sought to faithfully apply the biblical imperative of Redemptive Ethnic Unity to each church he’s served.
